8/23/17 – 9/15/17 ALL STATE AUDITIONS by appointment only (All State is 2/1/18 – 2/3/18 in Moscow, Idaho)
918/17 – 9/22/17 – AUDITIONS FOR CANYON COUNTY HONOR CHOIR – during A-Day intervention or after school
9/25/17 OR 9/26/17 – MADRIGALS ONLY – Barbershop Festival – All Day
9/29/17 Hawkfest 6PM – 8PM, ADVANCED CHOIRS will sing the National Anthem at the start of this event
10/16/17 – Canyon County Honor Choir Part Checks – REQUIRES AUDITION
10/16/17 BELLES VOIX AND MAD MEN – Non-Mixed Festival. This event takes place during the day. Students will be bused to Borah and back again.
10/17/17 – ALL CHOIRS – Fall Choir Concert, 7:00 PM in the Auditorium
10/20/17 – 10/21/17 Retreat at Camp Pinewood in McCall Idaho. $80 - This is not a mandatory event, but trust me, you don’t want to miss it!
10/24/17 – MADRIGALS ONLY, Nampa School District Choirs BIG SING, 7:00 PM in the Columbia Auditorium
10/30/17 – Canyon County Honor Choir Rehearsal, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – REQUIRES AUDITION
*11/10/17 – Veteran’s Day Assembly – during the day at school
11/6/17 – Canyon County Honor Choir Rehearsal, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, REQUIRES AUDITION
11/13/17 AND 11/14/17 – All Day Canyon County Honor Choir Rehearsal at NNU College Church, 504 E Dewey Ave, Nampa, ID 83686, REQUIRES AUDITION
11/?/17 Jazz Festival – Jazz Choir only
12/13/17 AND 12/14/17 – ALL CHOIRS – Combined Choir & Orchestra HOLIDAY Concert, 7:00 PM, Auditorium
2/1/18 – 2/3/18 – All State in Moscow, Idaho
2/10/18 – ALL CHOIRS – Disney “Royalty Banquet” 7:00 PM
2/24/18 – State Solo Competition at NNU, Times to be assigned
2/26/18 – Non-State Solo and Ensemble Festival at NNU, All Day, Times to be assigned. Juniors – be sure to request a time after 11:00 AM due to college prep during 1st and 2nd periods.
4/9/18 – ALL CHOIRS – Pre-Festival Concert, 7:00 PM in the Auditorium
*4/16/18 OR 4/17/18 – ALL CHOIRS – DIII Choral Festival. This event will be the “final exam” for this class. This event takes place during the day. Students will be bused to Ridgevue HS and back again.
5/17/17 – ALL CHOIRS – End of the Year Concert and Award Night 7:00 PM
5/22/18 – ADVANCED CHOIRS – Graduation
