PE/Health Alternative Catastrophic Assignments (P.E.H.A.C.A.)
In the event of a school closure the all PE classes will keep a journal of all food, drink and exercise while out of school. You will track daily calories and food consumed. You will also track workout activity we provide. All of this can be logged on paper or computer. If school is shut down longer than one week just repeat the workout cycle as needed and continue logging food intake and logging activity.
Warm up with warm ups we use in class
Workout #1 Run 200m , 20 push-ups, 20 sit ups, 20 burpee X3 for fastest time.
Workout #2 10 push up, 10 sit ups, 10 squats, 10 lunges for 10 rounds.
Workout #3 Run 1 mile for time
Workout #4 Dance to music for 45 mins
Workout #5 20 jumping jacks, 15 squats, 10 push up, 5 backwards lunges 8Xs
Walk for 5 mins for cool down
