Administrator Approved Absence Request

Skyview understands there may be occasions that students do not attend school due to pre-planned events (ie. family vacation, college visits, club sporting events, etc.) We are happy to work with you to excuse these when possible. It doesn't matter if a student is out 1 day or 5 days, we encourage families to submit the form for review.

 

The important part is that any missed learning by the student needs to be completed and shown to their teachers. Parents/guardians will need to complete and submit the Administrator Approved Absence Request Form. This will provide Admin with the reason for the student’s absence and allow for the consideration of administrative approval.

 

It is preferred that forms are completed PRIOR to the student being absent.
