Mrs. Essman

College and career advising is essential for students' educational experience. At Skyview High School, roughly 20 percent of the student population go on to college. It is my goal to increase that percentage and help make every Skyview graduate college and career ready.

I am the 5th Skyview alumni from my family and my blood bleeds blue and silver! I have a BA in communication from Boise State University and a MS in School Counseling from Walden University.

I have worked in Admissions at Boise State and understand how to navigate the scary world of college applications, FAFSA, deadlines and much more.

In my spare time, I like to run with my dog, spend time with family and read.
