How to Request an Official High School Transcript
3rd party agencies often request an official high school transcript. All current students have unlimited electronic transcript sends through Parchment until the August after they graduate high school. There is a charge of $4.15 for alumni.
How to Request your College Credit Transcripts
Please note that the high school has no access to your college credits. You must request a transcript to be sent to the institution of your choice from the college.
Boise State:
Click Order Track Verify and then select Order a Transcript
Enter Boise State in the search field
Complete demographic info
When prompted, you will need to select the school where you would like your transcript sent
Pay the online fee (typically $11)
College of Western Idaho
Click Order Track Verify and then select Order a Transcript
Enter College of Western Idaho in the search field
Complete demographic info
When prompted, you will need to select the school where you would like your transcript sent
Pay the online fee (typically $11)
College of Southern Idaho
Click Order Track Verify and then select Order a Transcript
Enter College of Southern Idaho in the search field
Complete demographic info
When prompted, you will need to select the school where you would like your transcript sent
Pay the online fee (typically $11)
Northwest Nazarene University
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Order a Transcript or Diploma
Create a Parchment account using a personal email (unless you already have one)
Verify your email
Complete your order
Pay the online fee (typically $10)
Tips:
If you are not sure what credits you took with which institution, log into your Idaho Advanced Opportunities account and click Course Submissions
Do not ask the high school to send your college credit transcripts. We can’t do it.
